How to Enable Call Recording on CyanogenMod ROM (CM14, CM13, CM12, CM12 )

Almost all Android devices comes pre-installed with a feature named call recording which allows users to record phone calls without root or installing any third party app. Phone recording is really an impressive feature and it can be useful in many different situations.
