Fitur utama dari CyanogenMod ialah Theme Engine yang telah mendukung seluruh tema di Playstore (kecuali tema CM12 ye :p)
Tidak seperti MoKee yang agak pilih-pilih tema karena beberapa tema di MoKee membuat SystemUI Force Close atau beberapa aplikasi mengalami Force Close.
CM11 juga merupakan Custom ROM KitKat yang paling mendasar. Fiturnya hanya seperti AOSP (Android Open Source Project) hanya saja ditambah Theme Engine yang menjadi Primadona ROM ini.
